Return and Exchange

Returns

  • Both damaged and items in good condition can be returned or exchanged.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition, unused, and with tags intact.

  • A ₹115 deduction applies to all returns, including reverse pickup.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item reaches our warehouse.

  • The return process typically takes 6 to 9 days post successful pickup.

  • A tracking link will be shared to monitor return status.

    Please note that clearance sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled at delivery, ₹115 will be deducted from the refund.

  • Exchange is allowed for size issues only, subject to availability.

  • If the requested size/item is unavailable, customers can either wait or opt for a complete refund without any fees in this case.

    • Items including baby tees and tank tops incur a ₹45 exchange fee.

    • Other items can be exchanged for size free of cost, subject to availability.

    • To initiate a return or exchange, customers can connect with our customer support via the chat option on the Zyra Drip website.

Refunds

  • ₹115 is deducted for return shipping.

  • Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of warehouse inspection.

  • Processing time: 6 to 14 days, depending on location and courier timelines.

Return & Exchange Process

  • Requests must be made via the chat option on zyradrip.in.

  • Valid for 7 days from delivery date.

  • A ₹45 exchange charge covers return + new item shipping.

  • If the item is unavailable, a full refund is processed after pickup is complete.

  • Our courier partners handle pickups; delays may occur due to logistics or weather.

  • A tracking link will be emailed for every return shipment.

Order Cancellation

  • Before processing/packing: Full refund.

  • After processing/packing: ₹115 deduction.

  • Pre-order or out-of-stock items: No cancellation fees.

  • After dispatch: Return request must be made immediately.
